What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! At Coconut Lane, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not use any animal products in our accessories or tech cases.
