Securely package your items in their original Coconut Lane branding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and avoid damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
